Levi Hunsaker understands the meaning of hustle. With over 30 years of hustle behind him, he is looking forward to the next 30+ and the adventures those will bring. Levi also brings nine years of experience as a Real Estate investor to the table.
Beginning at a ripe, young age of 6, Levi has had various jobs. Levi either worked for his brothers by doing their newspaper routes, or has had a route of his own. He began gymnastics training at age 12, where he used his money from his newspaper route to pay for his own training. That led to him being hired as a coach and a mentor for other members of his team. During this time, Levi was still competing and won a silver medal at Nationals for Level 10 power tumbling and placing in the top 10 on two other events. After advancing to the Elite level and training harder than ever, an injury led him down a different path.
Levi has always had a passion for creating. In high school, this was done by learning hands on experience in building homes and learning drafting. He has always had a knack for technology as well. He completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and concurrently completed a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering in 5 years. He brings nearly 15 years of experience as a software engineer where he was not a stranger to hard work, late nights, constant deadlines, and pressure. With success in his career, there was still an itch to be involved in real estate.
In 2011, Levi’s first foray into investing in Real Estate began by converting his first family home into a rental property. The itch remained for him until he launched a real estate investment firm in 2018 that has participated in fix & flips, notes, lending, and brought the rental property under the umbrella of an official company for the first time. Levi is a part of a volunteer leadership team supporting a community of local real estate investors where he has the opportunity to train, support, and empower others to embrace their own “Champion Hustle”. Levi has a goal of helping 500 people get into their first deal. He enjoys seeing others achieve their goals and dreams.
Levi and his beautiful wife, Jill, live in Utah with their four children. Nothing says hustle like raising a family, a full time career, and several side-hustles. In his spare time, Levi enjoys watching his kids develop new talents, hiking, biking, and spending time on the lake. Some of his favorite experiences have been created while exploring new places around the world.
Ryan brings over two decades of business and entrepreneurial experience to the table.
As a teenager in high school he turned his passions of music and dancing into a profitable venture. While most his friends were earning minimum wage, he was making $100/hour with his mobile DJ company. He hosted private events, dances, and parties all over the San Francisco Bay Area, and eventually sold the company when he was ready for his next challenge.
In 2005 his next foray was into commercial filmmaking, launching yet another business from the ground up. He built up the company, acquiring hundreds of satisfied clients nationwide, including industry giants like Coca-Cola, Adobe, Home Depot, Walmart, Costco, and many more. He and his company also won dozens of international marketing and filmmaking awards for the quality of their productions. He eventually sold the company to move on to his next adventure.
In 2016 Ryan launched a real estate investment firm, which focuses on a variety of commercial and residential strategies, including fix & flips, rental properties, notes, lending, and more. As he has grown that company, he’s had the opportunity to travel the country to train and support other investors, and hosts a real estate investing community with hundreds of members in attendance on a weekly basis.
Ryan is fluent in Spanish, and enjoys frequent opportunities to support and empower non-english speakers to embrace the “Champion Hustle” and create their own American Dream in the USA. He and his beautiful wife have 3 children and reside in Utah. His favorite hobby is traveling internationally with his family; meeting new people, exploring new places, and trying local food!
